President’s Report

I know it’s a month late – but Happy New Year to all our members and families.

What a great return to our Networking Events we had at our first event of the year at the Grand Hotel, Yarra Glen. Thank you to the Grand Hotel for hosting this event and the Events Sub-Committee for the effort put into organising it. But a big thank you is also due to all those who attended – isn’t it great to be out of lockdown! For those of you who couldn’t make it this time, you won’t have long to wait for the next event – at Rayner’s Orchard, the details for which you will find below.

You will all be pleased to hear that we were successful in obtaining a grant for $3000 from the Shire of Yarra Ranges. Thank you to Rebecca Ritte for spearheading our application and overcoming a tight timeline for the submission. We can now commence our planning for a series of activities intended to culminate in our Annual Conference, currently scheduled for Wednesday 26th May. We hope that as many of you as possible will be able to participate in and benefit from these events.

All in all, it looks like an exciting year ahead for TNYV!

I look forward to seeing you soon.

TNYV 2020-21 Membership

It was decided at our January committee meeting that the 2020-21 TNYV Membership Fees would be charged at pro-rata from now until the end of financial year 2021. If you are a current member, you will have received an invoice from our Treasurer. Prompt payment would be appreciated. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding your current membership.

Please also remember that we are a not for profit organisation and we are looking to support you over the next few months with lots of networking events, our annual conference and training workshops. Membership fees enable us to continue to subsidise these events for our members. If you have any ideas, reach out and let us know.
